Job Summary:
1.Hardware Asset Analyst
Position Summary The Hardware Asset Analyst supports the accurate, secure, and cost-effective management of enterprise hardware throughout its lifecycle. This role maintains reliable asset records, coordinates operational activities from receipt through retirement, resolves data and process exceptions, and partners with technical and business teams to strengthen control, compliance, and service quality.

Required Qualifications for Hardware Asset Analyst
- Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
- Experience in hardware asset management, IT operations, service management, inventory control, logistics, end-user computing, or related discipline.
- Working knowledge of hardware lifecycle concepts, inventory controls, chain of custody, reconciliation, and data-quality practices.
- Experience using an IT service management or asset management platform and maintaining structured operational records.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or comparable spreadsheet tools, including filtering, lookups, reconciliation, and basic reporting.
- Ability to organize multiple priorities, follow detailed procedures, meet deadlines, and drive assigned issues to resolution.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, sound judgment, attention to detail, and a customer-service mindset.
Preferred Qualifications for Hardware Asset Analyst
- Experience with ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management, Asset Management, Configuration Management Database, or related workflows.
- Familiarity with endpoint management and discovery sources such as Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Configuration Manager, Jamf, or equivalent platforms.
- Experience supporting laptop and mobile device refreshes, remote-user returns, stockroom operations, warranty or repair programs, and certified disposition.
- Knowledge of ITIL practices, IT asset management standards, internal controls, audit support, and process improvement methods.
- ITIL Foundation, IAITAM certification, ServiceNow certification, or another relevant industry credential.
2 Software Asset Analyst
Position Summary The Software Asset Analyst supports the governance and operational management of software throughout its lifecycle. The role maintains accurate software models, entitlements, allocations, installations, contracts, ownership, and renewal data; processes software requests; supports license compliance and audit readiness; and identifies opportunities to reclaim, reuse, and optimize software investments. ServiceNow serves as the primary system of record for managed software asset information.
The successful candidate combines data discipline, licensing awareness,
customer-focused service, and cross-functional coordination to improve compliance, financial accountability, and operational excellence.

Required Qualifications for Software Asset Analyst

- Experience in software asset management, IT asset management, software licensing, procurement, IT operations, service management, data analysis, or a related discipline.
- Working knowledge of software lifecycle management, entitlements, license allocation, contracts, usage, reconciliation, and compliance concepts.
- Experience using an IT service management, software asset management, procurement, or contract-management platform.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or comparable spreadsheet tools, including filtering, lookups, PivotTables, reconciliation, and data-quality analysis.
- Ability to interpret structured data, identify exceptions, maintain detailed records, prioritize work, and drive issues to resolution.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills, analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a customer-service mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with ServiceNow Software Asset Management, Asset Management, Contract Management, CMDB, Service Catalog, or related workflows.
- Familiarity with software discovery and endpoint data from Microsoft Configuration Manager, Microsoft Intune, Jamf, ServiceNow Discovery, or comparable sources.
- Experience with normalization, software models, entitlements, allocations, reconciliation, effective license positions, or license reclamation.
- Exposure to SaaS subscription management, publisher audits, software renewals, vendor management, or financial analysis.
- Knowledge of ITIL practices, internal controls, audit support, data governance, and process improvement methods.
- ITIL Foundation, IAITAM CSAM, ServiceNow certification, or another relevant industry credential.
3. ServiceNow Developer – (Middle level)
The Mid-Level ServiceNow Developer designs, configures, develops, tests, and supports ServiceNow capabilities that enable enterprise IT Asset Management. Working with ITAM process owners, platform teams, and business stakeholders, this role enhances Hardware Asset Management (HAM Pro), Software Asset Management (SAM Pro), CMDB, Service Catalog, integrations, reporting, and workflow automation.
The developer independently delivers moderately complex solutions, troubleshoots production issues, and contributes technical guidance while following platform governance and development standards.
Ideal for a hands-on developer who can translate ITAM requirements into reliable ServiceNow solutions and partner effectively across technical and operational teams.
Key Responsibilities
ServiceNow ITAM Development
- Configure and enhance ServiceNow HAM Pro and SAM Pro capabilities supporting hardware and software asset lifecycle processes.
- Develop and maintain Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Data Policies, scheduled jobs, notifications, and related platform components.
- Build and maintain Flow Designer workflows, subflows, approvals, assignment logic, exception handling, and automated lifecycle tasks.
Integrations and Data Management HAM Pro, SAM Pro, and CMDB Enablement
Solution Delivery and Production Support
Reporting, Security, and Governance
Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing
Required Qualifications for ServiceNow Developer
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- Approximately three or more years of hands-on ServiceNow administration or development experience, including independent delivery of moderately complex enhancements.
- Experience with JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting, including Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, GlideRecord, ACLs, and platform APIs.
- Experience with Flow Designer, Service Catalog, import sets, transform maps, REST integrations, testing, troubleshooting, and release support.
- Working knowledge of ServiceNow Asset Management, CMDB, ITSM, and at least one of HAM Pro or SAM Pro.
- Ability to analyze requirements, design maintainable solutions, document work, manage priorities, and resolve technical problems.
- Strong communication, collaboration, attention to detail, ownership, and customer-service skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with both HAM Pro and SAM Pro, including asset lifecycle, software models, entitlements, normalization, reconciliation, and reclamation.
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with Intune, Microsoft Configuration Manager, Jamf, discovery tools, procurement platforms, financial systems, or vendor data sources.
- Familiarity with IntegrationHub, Automated Test Framework, source control, update sets or application repository deployment, and Agile delivery practices.
- Knowledge of IT asset management, software licensing, inventory controls, CMDB governance, ITIL practices, audit support, and data-quality management.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and ServiceNow Certified Application Developer; CIS-HAM, CIS-SAM, or related implementation certification is desirable.
