About Us: At Sage Designs, we're dedicated to creating unforgettable experiences for our clients. Our Set Crew plays a vital role in ensuring the seamless execution of event installations and teardowns. From decor to flowers to rentals, our team handles it all with precision and positivity.

Responsibilities: As a member of our Set Crew, you'll be responsible for:

- Loading and unloading vehicles
- Placing decor, furniture and flowers
- Climbing ladders for installations
- Attending to intricate details
- Packing up decor at the end of events

What We Expect:

- Commitment: Be prepared to reserve the entire day for events. Timings can vary and are often not finalized until a week or two prior to the event, and we count on every team member to be available.
- Readiness:



Approach each task with enthusiasm and a positive attitude. The work may be demanding, but the results are rewarding.

What You Can Expect from Us:

- Compensation: Earn $20.00 per hour for installations and daytime strikes, and $35 per hour for late-night strikes (11:00PM - 5:00 AM).
