Domino’s Pizza in Inglewood is looking for a General Manager who is adaptable and self motivated not to mention the passion for customer service.

Qualifications

At least one year of experience as a General Manager in a pizza restaurant

Must be at least 18 years old.

Availability to be able to work nights and weekends.

Responsibilities
Be responsible for all store operations.
Manage anywhere from 3 to 30 employees during your scheduled shift.
Hiring and training current Team Members.
Develop Team Members to reach their full potential in a quick-paced, fun working setting.
Perform all duties of Customer Service Representatives (CSR) and Delivery Drivers.
Greeting customers and taking orders with a smile (yes, even on the phone!).
Operating the cash register and collecting payments from customers.
Making fast, accurate, and consistent products that comply with portion sizes, recipes, and baking procedures.
Maintaining cleanliness of the restaurant from front-of-house to back-of-house.




Maintain a professional appearance at all times in compliance with Domino’s Pizza Grooming Standards.
Maintain and control inventory, ensuring product quality and service meet company operating standards.
Build and enhance profits by developing strong relationships with local businesses and the community.

Requirements:
Experience leading a team; you will manage a staff of anywhere from 3 to 30 people during your shift.
A clean driving record and the ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.
Valid Drivers License
Your own transportation
Full open availability
You have to be at least 18 years old.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
