Responsibilities
Conduct engaging and safe horseback riding lessons tailored to individual skill levels and learning goals
Demonstrate proper riding techniques, safety procedures, and horse handling skills to students
Monitor rider progress, provide constructive feedback, and encourage continuous improvement
Maintain a safe riding environment by inspecting equipment, tack, and riding areas regularly
Educate participants on horse care, grooming, and safety protocols to promote responsible horsemanship
Assist with daily stable chores such as feeding, grooming, and tacking horses as needed




Foster a positive, inclusive atmosphere that motivates riders to achieve their personal best

Requirements
Proven experience in teaching horseback riding or similar equestrian instruction
Strong knowledge of riding techniques, safety standards, and horse behavior management
Ability to communicate clearly and motivate learners of diverse ages and backgrounds
Basic swimming skills for safety awareness around water hazards or during water-related activities
Enthusiastic attitude with a passion for sharing the joy of riding and horsemanship
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and lift moderate weights when necessary
Certification in equestrian safety or first aid is a plus but not mandatory
