Utilize data entry skills to accurately record customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services to enhance customer satisfaction.
Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish to serve a diverse client base.




Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to foster positive relationships.
Analyze customer feedback and interactions to identify trends or areas for service improvement.

Experience
Previous experience in customer service or sales is highly desirable.
Multilingual ability, especially fluency in English and Spanish, is a strong plus.
Strong analysis skills to interpret customer data and provide tailored solutions.
Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail for accurate record keeping.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen actively and respond empathetically.
Familiarity with phone etiquette standards and skilled demeanor in all interactions.
Experience with upselling techniques that enhance the customer experience while meeting business goals.
