Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Metal Prep Technician to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing metal components for subsequent powder coating. Your expertise in handling various tools will ensure that metal parts meet quality standards and specifications. Duties
Use hand tools, palm sanders
Perform quality inspections on prepared materials and visual checks to ensure adherence to standards
Maintain a clean and organized work area,



ensuring all safety protocols are followed during handling processes
Prior experience in manufacturing or metalworking environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
Experience operating hand tools, forklifts, and other relevant equipment is a plus
Understanding of quality inspection procedures and safety standards within a manufacturing setting
Robust ability to learn recent skills quickly and work efficiently in a team workplace

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
