Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly with enthusiasm and professionalism, setting a positive tone for their visit
Take orders accurately using POS systems, including Micros POS, and process transactions efficiently with cash handling skills
Assist in food service activities such as serving dishes, food preparation support, and ensuring proper food handling and sanitation standards
Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area, including dining spaces and service stations
Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during busy periods, supporting overall restaurant operations




Provide exceptional guest services by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring customer satisfaction

Requirements
Previous food service or restaurant experience is highly preferred, with a strong understanding of the food industry standards
Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS, for order processing and cashiering tasks
Demonstrated excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor
Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques
Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and transaction purposes
Solid time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Experience in serving, hospitality, or related roles is advantageous; kitchen experience is a plus but not required
Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe environment in compliance with health regulations
