Duties
Assist with loading, unloading, and organizing materials and equipment on-site
Prepare work areas by cleaning, clearing debris, and setting up necessary tools or supplies
Support tradespeople by holding materials, mixing substances, or operating basic tools under supervision
Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for all team members
Perform general site maintenance including trash removal, fencing, and minor repairs as needed




Help with site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
Carry out other manual tasks assigned by supervisors to keep projects on schedule

Requirements
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions clearly
Basic understanding of safety procedures in construction or industrial settings is preferred
Reliable transportation to get to and from job sites
Prior experience in general labour or construction is advantageous but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
