We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a solid ability to communicate effectively with clients. Duties
Welcome and greet customers with a friendly demeanor.
Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
Utilize effective phone etiquette to handle customer inquiries and follow-ups.
Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system (running the till) efficiently for processing transactions and managing cash handling.
Maintain an organized sales floor, ensuring that products are well-displayed and stocked.




Freight handling and stocking (requires lifting up to 50lbs)
Maintain a clean and tidy store environment, including the checkout area.

Skills
Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Fluency in English
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with customers.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Must be legally eligible to work in Alberta.
