Pool Construction Skilled Labourer

We are looking for a reliable, motivated individual to join our team. Our company builds and renovates custom concrete swimming pools throughout the GTA and surrounding areas.

This is a hands-on construction position with prospects to learn the pool construction process, take on greater responsibility, and progress into a crew lead/team lead position for the right person. We are looking for someone who wants to develop their skills and grow within the company.

Responsibilities:
Assist with the construction and renovation of concrete pools and related structures

-Work alongside experienced crew members throughout different stages of pool and backyard construction

-Assist with concrete, forming, plumbing, and other construction-related tasks

-Load, unload, and organize construction materials and tools

-Prepare and maintain clean, organized job sites





-Safely handle and operate power tools as experience allows

-Follow company safety protocols and safety procedures and direction from crew leads

-Take on additional responsibilities as skills and experience develop

Experience:
Previous experience in construction or a related field is an asset
Excellent teamwork and communication skills

*Driver's license preferred

Pay: $22.00-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 50.0 per week
