Warehouse Associate

Location: Mississauga, ON
Pay Rate: $17.60 to $18.10/hour
Job Type: Full-Time

Available Shifts:
Morning Shift-6 am to 2:30 pm (Monday to Friday)
Afternoon Shift-3 pm to 11:30 pm (Monday to Friday)
Night Shift-10:30 pm to 6:30 am (Monday to Friday)

We are currently hiring General Labourers for a busy distribution centre in Mississauga, ON. The successful candidates must be reliable, hardworking, and flexible with their availability.

Job Responsibilities:
Pick, pack, and sort merchandise accurately according to customer orders and operational guidelines.
Wrap, label, and prepare pallets/skids for outbound shipments and staging.
Use RF scanners or warehouse management systems (WMS) when required.
Assist with receiving inbound shipments, verifying product counts, and organizing stock.
Maintain high productivity and accuracy in a fast-paced setting.
Follow all workplace safety procedures,



policies, and PPE requirements.
Keep work areas clean, organized, and free from hazards.
Report damaged goods or safety concerns to management promptly.
Perform physical duties, including lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling items as required.

Requirements:
Previous warehouse, distribution centre, or logistics experience is an asset.
Must be comfortable with heavy lifting of up to 50 lbs.
Must be comfortable performing repetitive tasks while standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift.
CSA-approved safety shoes are mandatory.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions effectively.
Must be reliable, punctual, and maintain consistent attendance.
Reliable transportation is required.
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
Must be safety-conscious and able to follow workplace safety requirements.
