Join our HR team as a Benefits Coordinator and gain hands-on experience across Canadian group insurance, retirement, disability, and wellness programs.

Responsibilities
Administer employee enrollments, terminations, and changes in perk systems.
Respond to employee questions regarding benefit plans and coverage.
Support disability administration and return-to-work follow-up.
Administer insurance premiums for employees on leave.
Prepare confirmation of insurance letters.
Conduct quarterly benefits audits to ensure data accuracy.
Communicate with insurance, retirement, and wellness providers.
Review benefit provider billing and prepare cheque requests.
Present group insurance plans to new employees.
Support wellness activities and employee seminars.
Assist with benefit renewals and employee communications.
Attend meetings with benefit providers and support HR projects as required.

Qualifications
2–4 years of experience in benefits administration.
Bachelor's degree or diploma in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience with Canadian group insurance and/or retirement programs.
Robust communication, organization, and customer service skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.




Basic understanding of accounting and financial concepts.
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
