Overview
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as outside forklift operator and yard organizer, and also inside manufacturing individuals. In these roles you will be responsible for performing various tasks that support our operations and contribute to the overall success of our projects. The ideal candidate will have a solid work ethic, the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Responsibilities
Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment
Perform general labor tasks such as working with metal, lifting, and carrying materials
Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency
Follow instructions from supervisors and collaborate with team members to complete projects
Operate basic hand tools and equipment as needed
Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while on the job

Experience




Previous experience in construction or manual labor is preferred but not required
Ability to follow directions and work effectively in a team environment
Robust physical stamina and ability to perform manual tasks for extended periods
Basic knowledge of safety practices related to construction or labor work is a plus
Willingness to learn recent skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$24.00 per hour
