In this vital role, you’ll act as the communication hub between the kitchen and front-of-house staff, ensuring orders are prepared accurately and delivered promptly. Responsibilities

● Check each plate for proper presentation, portion, temperature, and accuracy.

● Ensure all required sides, sauces, condiments, and garnishes are included.

● Communicate with cooks/FOH team members regarding missing, incorrect, or delayed items.

● Coordinate with servers and other front-of-house staff when orders are ready.

● Ensure complete orders leave the kitchen promptly.

● Identify and correct mistakes before food reaches the guest.

● Monitor ticket times and communicate delays to management and service staff.

● Help coordinate large parties, takeout orders,



and high-volume periods.

● Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked expo station.

● Follow all food safety, sanitation, and restaurant procedures.

● Assist with other kitchen/prep duties as required.

Requirements
Previous food service experience or restaurant background preferred
Knowledge of kitchen operations, food preparation, and food safety protocols
Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Willingness to handle food safely, clean work areas regularly, and support overall guest satisfaction

Pay: $16.00-$19.00 per hour
