Billyards Insurance Group is a growing insurance brokerage serving a diverse client base in Georgetown and across Ontario. We pride ourselves on delivering personalized service and building lasting relationships with our clients. We're looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in person at our Georgetown office.

About the Role

As a CSR, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients, handling inquiries, policy changes, quotes, and renewals while providing a high standard of service. This is a great opportunity for a licensed broker who is fluent in Hindi and/or Punjabi to support our multilingual client community.

Responsibilities
Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, and in person in a professional and timely manner
Process policy changes, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations
Prepare quotes and assist clients with current and existing policies
Maintain accurate client records and documentation
Support clients in English, Hindi, and/or Punjabi




Build and maintain solid client relationships

Requirements
RIBO license (required)
Fluency in Hindi and/or Punjabi (required)
Previous experience in insurance customer service or as a broker (required)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work well in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with computers and insurance broker management systems (e.g., Applied/EPIC, Power Broker)
