Overview

We are seeking a qualified and customer-focused European Service Advisor to join our Langley EuroFix automotive team. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking vehicle service and repair, ensuring a seamless experience from check-in to vehicle pickup. This role requires strong communication skills, automotive knowledge, and a dedication to delivering exceptional customer service. Previous dealership or mechanic experience is highly valued, along with a solid understanding of automotive repairs and sales processes. The Service Advisor will also be responsible for selling additional services and handling cash transactions accurately.

Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and efficiently check in their vehicles for service appointments
Clearly explain repair and maintenance needs, providing accurate estimates and timelines
Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs and services
Upsell recommended services and maintenance packages to enhance customer satisfaction and dealership revenue
Handle cash transactions, process payments, and maintain accurate financial records
Maintain detailed records of service orders, customer interactions, and vehicle history




Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
Promote dealership services, special offers, and warranty programs to customers
Assist in building long-term customer relationships through excellent communication and service

Qualifications
Previous automotive experience or mechanical background is preferred
Strong mechanical knowledge of automotive systems and repairs
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly
Sales experience with a focus on upselling additional services or products
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
Knowledge of automotive repair processes, parts, and warranty procedures is a plus
Qualified appearance, positive attitude, and strong organizational skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail

Pay: $70,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
