Service Appointment Coordinator

Given the nature of this role, select candidates will be required to complete a brief video submission as the first stage of our hiring process.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be the bridge between our customers and our service team.

That means:
Booking service appointments from calls, online requests, and emails
Confirming visits and keeping no-shows to a minimum
Following up with customers who are overdue or need attention
Making sure guests know what to expect before they arrive




Helping keep the day organized so advisors can focus on serving, not scrambling
