About the OpportunityGlobal Equity AdministrationManage global equity compensation programs using Morgan Stanley at Work (Shareworks)Administer employee accounts and long‑term incentive (LTI) grantsCoordinate employee share plan enrollments, purchases, sales, and dividend distributionsServe as a point of contact for equity‑related inquiriesBenefits & Rewards AdministrationAdminister group benefits, retirement plans, global mobility programs, wellness initiatives, perquisites, and equity plansProcess recent hire enrollments, terminations, and system updatesTrack and report taxable benefitsRespond to employee inquiries with accuracy and urgencyFinancial & Operational SupportProcess global invoices and reconcile intercompany charges in partnership with HR, Finance, and AccountingSupport budgeting and accounts payable processes related to rewards programsReporting & AnalyticsGenerate, maintain, and analyze compensation, benefits,
