The position entails providing supports to individuals at our Pine Tree Day Program in Coquitlam. The program provides both community-based and home-based activities, including social, recreational, vocational, daily living skills, skill development and leisure recreation activities within a supported environment. Program and activity schedules are created to reflect the needs, preferences, and goals of each individual.The right candidate should have experience with behavior management and personal care. Sign language is an asset, and candidate must have at least 1-2 years of experience with personal care.Strive is currently looking for Casual on-call Community Support Workers who can fill in shifts that are not covered by full time lines.
