As a Behaviour Therapist, you will work under a Registered Behaviour Analyst to support clients in the Autism and Behaviour Services Program. Your role involves detailed assessments, developing individualized service plans, and collaborating with families to implement effective behavior management strategies. Key Responsibilities:



• Develop individualized service plans for clients • Implement and monitor service plans for children with autism • Conduct behavioral assessments and track data outcomes • Provide training to families and caregivers • Collaborate with community stakeholders for integrated service delivery

Requirements: • BA or Diploma in Behavioural Sciences or Human Services • Minimum of three years’ experience with autism programs • Strong knowledge of Applied Behaviour Analysis • Excellent communication and analytical skills • Valid driver’s license required for travel
