GDI Ainsworth is seeking a Building Operator to manage daily operations, maintenance, and performance of building systems. You will perform preventative maintenance, coordinate contractors, and respond to issues while ensuring safety and comfort for occupants. The role requires maintaining HVAC, BAS/BMS, electrical, plumbing, and building systems, using CMMS Maximo, and supporting continuous improvement. Shift is 8:00 to 16:30, Mon–Fri, in Surrey, Canada.
