Automaxx Superstore is seeking a Service Advisor/Receptionist.

As a Junior Service Advisor, you will be the face of our service department. You will handle communication with service customers in person, email and via phone and text.

Your Responsibilities:
Answer customer calls and emails
Schedule service appointments
Process customer payments
Assist service manager
Ensure customer satisfaction
Sell recommended work on customer vehicles
Order and input parts

Required Skills:
Automotive service advising experience a definite asset
Maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction
Honesty and reliability
Independent and responsible
PBS experience is a valuable asset
Solid computer skills
Ability to do the above in a friendly and skilled manner
