Job Summary

Duties
Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide construction activities
Operate heavy equipment and power tools safely and efficiently on-site
Construct, install, and repair structures such as walls, siding, concrete forms, and frameworks using carpentry and woodworking skills
Perform concrete finishing tasks with precision to achieve smooth, durable surfaces
Read and follow schematics for electrical or plumbing systems as needed for restoration projects
Utilize hand tools and power tools for cutting, shaping, and assembling materials
Conduct heavy lifting and manual labor to move materials safely around the job site
Maintain a clean,

Requirements
Proven experience in construction, carpentry, or related fields with a strong understanding of building processes
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation
Knowledge of concrete forming, finishing techniques, and restoration procedures
Familiarity with siding installation and woodworking practices
Physical stamina for heavy lifting and extended periods of manual labor
Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety standards and quality workmanship
Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to follow detailed instructions precisely
