What You'll Be Doing
Installing, repairing, and replacing residential and commercial roofing systems
Working with shingles, metal, flat roofing, and everything in between
Tearing off old roofs and prepping decks for current installs
In the off-season: snow and ice removal from roofs, driveways, and commercial properties (keep the hours rolling through winter)
Following safety protocols (we're serious about everyone going home in one piece)
Working alongside a crew that has your back

What We're Looking For
A solid work ethic and a willingness to learn (experience is a bonus, not a must — we'll train the right person)
Comfort working at heights and in all kinds of weather
A reliable ride to job sites and a valid driver's license
A team player attitude — egos get left in the truck
Pride in doing things right the first time
