Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender and Server to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food and beverage industry, providing exceptional hospitality while crafting delicious drinks and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. As a Bartender and Server, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience through your knowledge of beverages and your ability to engage with patrons.

Duties
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
Provide excellent customer service by interacting with guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service practices.
Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing tabs.
Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages to management.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable.




Stay updated on drink trends, new products, and menu changes to provide informed recommendations.

Experience
Previous bartending experience is preferred but not mandatory; candidates with a background in food service or hospitality will also be considered.
Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques is essential.
Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a rapid-paced environment.
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
A friendly demeanor with excellent communication skills to foster positive guest interactions.
