Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our culinary team. Duties
Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
Assist with meal preparation by chopping, slicing, and measuring ingredients.
Ensure all food handling practices comply with food safety regulations.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area.
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and assist with ordering as needed.
Help train recent kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety protocols.
Participate in daily cleaning tasks, including washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces.

Requirements




Previous experience in the food service industry or a similar role is preferred.
Knowledge of food handling, preparation, and safety practices.
Ability to work in a quick-paced kitchen environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
A passion for cooking and creating delicious meals that delight customers.
Must be able to stand for long periods and lift heavy items as needed.

Pay: $15.00-$19.00 per hour
