Job Overview

Physio Health Care is seeking a compassionate and motivated Registered Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary healthcare team.

The successful candidate will assess and treat patients with musculoskeletal and orthopedic conditions, sports injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation needs, as well as MVA, WSIB, and IFHP cases. You will develop individualized treatment plans focused on reducing pain, restoring mobility, and improving patients’ overall function and quality of life.

You will work alongside Chiropractors, Osteopaths, Massage Therapists, and Acupuncturists in a cooperative, patient-centered clinical environment.

Persian (Farsi) language proficiency is strongly preferred, as a significant portion of our patient community is Persian-speaking.

Responsibilities

· Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including mobility, strength, pain, and functional abilities.

· Develop personalized treatment plans based on clinical assessments and patient goals.

· Provide physiotherapy treatments including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and appropriate modalities.

· Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.

· Educate patients on injury prevention, home exercises,



posture, and self-management strategies.

· Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

· Assess and treat patients with orthopedic, sports, MVA, WSIB, and IFHP conditions.

· Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications

· Registered and in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario.

· Solid patient assessment, manual therapy, and exercise prescription skills.

· Experience in orthopedic and musculoskeletal rehabilitation is an asset.

· Experience with MVA, WSIB, and IFHP patients is an asset.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary clinic.

· Qualified, compassionate, and patient-centered approach.

· Fluency or strong communication skills in Persian (Farsi) is strongly preferred.
