We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Production Worker to join our manufacturing team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for supporting the production process by preparing, processing, and packaging food products efficiently and safely. Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation and processing of food products, ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety protocols
Operate packaging equipment and machinery with precision to ensure efficient product flow
Perform meat cutting and butchery tasks as required, following proper techniques and safety guidelines
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, tools, and equipment in compliance with food safety regulations
Monitor product quality throughout the production process, identifying and addressing any issues promptly
Follow all safety procedures related to mechanical operation, food handling, and sanitation practices




Support inventory management by accurately recording production quantities and ensuring proper storage of raw materials and finished goods

Skills
Experience in packaging, manufacturing, or food processing settings is highly desirable
Knowledge of the food industry standards, especially related to meat cutting and butchery techniques
Solid understanding of sanitation practices essential for maintaining a hygienic work environment
Mechanical knowledge to operate and troubleshoot production machinery effectively
Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices to ensure compliance at all times
Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team
