Staff Plus is hiring a Production Assembler for our client's automotive manufacturing facility in Oakville. This hands-on role involves vehicle preparation, automotive assembly, accessory installation, and the use of hand and power tools.

This opportunity is well suited to someone with previous manufacturing, assembly, automotive, or mechanical experience who enjoys practical, detail-focused work

Pay Rate: $21.35/hour

Job Type: Permanent

Location: Oakville, Ontario

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm

What You'll Do:
Prepare vehicles for production by washing, cleaning, masking, inspecting, and staging them.
Install automotive accessories, decals, trim, and other vehicle components using hand and power tools.
Assist with bedliner production and other vehicle production processes as required.
Inspect completed assembly and installation work to ensure quality standards are met.
Identify and report damaged materials, defects, or workmanship concerns.
Move vehicles and materials throughout the production facility.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Follow all workplace health and safety procedures.
Support other automotive production and assembly tasks as required.

What We're Looking For:
Valid Ontario Class G driver's licence,



as the role requires moving vehicles within the production setting.
Previous experience in assembly, automotive manufacturing, mechanical production, or another hands-on manufacturing environment is preferred.
Approximately 2 years of assembly experience is preferred.
Comfortable using hand and power tools.
Experience installing vehicle components, accessories, trim, decals, or similar products is an asset.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Ability to safely wear required respiratory protection and meet applicable fit-testing requirements.
Ability to work effectively in a manufacturing and production setting.
High school diploma (Grade 12) or equivalent is preferred.
