Overview
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Shift supervisor to oversee manufacturing operations and ensure productive production processes.

Duties
Coordinating with Distribution staff to meet deadlines
Setting up lines and checking product, quantities, and supplies
Monitoring line performance, labour needs, and job progress
Prioritizing orders based on shipping deadlines
Performing order checks and quality inspections
Completing paperwork and verification records
Cleaning the area and supporting other departments as needed

Experience
Must have previous line operator experience from a manufacturing company
Able to complete paperwork accurately
Comfortable with basic production equipment
Able to lift up to 40 lbs
Versatile for days, afternoons, and other warehouse areas

Shift: Monday to Friday from 7 am to 3 pm

Pay: $21.00 per hour
