Responsibilities:
Manage project tasks and timelines, ensuring tasks stay on schedule
Oversee job costing, ensuring that projects stay on budget and remain profitable
Administer project documents
Interface with GCs, Estimating team, and Onsite teams
Take action to mitigate delays and project risks
Requisition supplies and materials
Manage change notices and scope changes
Keep internal and external stakeholders apprised of project status

Requirements:
2+ years of experience as a Construction Project Manager
Completion of a postsecondary program in a Construction Management-related field is an asset
Project Management certifications are an asset
Excellent customer service skills and sales aptitude is strongly preferred
