Overview
We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and cooking, with a flair for creativity and innovation in the kitchen. As a Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and safety, and leading a team to deliver exceptional dining experiences. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a rapid-paced setting while maintaining a focus on hospitality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Supervise kitchen staff and ensure efficient food service operations.
Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to menu specifications.
Oversee food preparation processes, ensuring adherence to safety and hygiene standards.
Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and minimizing waste.
Collaborate with restaurant management to develop seasonal menus and special offerings.
Train and mentor kitchen staff in cooking techniques, food handling, and safety practices.




Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.
Monitor food quality throughout the cooking process to ensure consistency.
Address any customer concerns regarding food quality or service promptly.

Experience
Proven experience in a Chef role or similar position within the food industry. Minimum of 5 years in a similar role
Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and restaurant management.
Supervising experience with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.
Previous experience in italian culinary settings is preferred.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced workplace while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $70,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
