We're hiring CNC Machinists in Windsor!
Full time position
$22-$34/hr

Responsibilities:
Set up and operate CNC lathes and milling machines using Fanuc, Okuma, and Haas controls
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, CAD models, and GD&T; requirements
Write, modify, and troubleshoot CNC programs to optimize machining processes
Produce precision-machined components according to specifications and quality standards
Use calipers and other precision measuring tools to verify part dimensions
Perform routine maintenance, calibration, and inspections of machining equipment
Use hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment for assembly or adjustments as required
Assist with material handling using forklifts when necessary
Maintain a clean and organized work area following lean manufacturing principles
Follow all safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of CNC machining experience




Experience with CNC programming and machine operation
Familiarity with Fanuc controls, CNC lathes, and CNC milling machines
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Knowledge of GD&T;
Experience with CAD software such as SolidWorks is an asset
Basic math skills for machining measurements and calculations
Experience using precision measuring tools, hand tools, and power tools
Forklift experience is an asset
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a quick-paced manufacturing environment
