Overview

As a Tim Hortons Team Member, you will play an significant role in creating a positive experience for our guests. You will work as part of a team in a fast-paced restaurant environment while maintaining high standards of customer service, food safety, cleanliness, and product quality.

Responsibilities
Welcome guests with a friendly and positive attitude.
Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, sandwiches, baked goods, and other menu items according to company standards.
Operate the cash register and process cash, debit, and credit transactions accurately.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
Restock supplies, ingredients, and restaurant products as needed.
Assist with opening and closing duties.
Respond professionally and courteously to customer questions and concerns.
Work effectively with other team members during busy periods.
Follow company policies, procedures,



and operational standards.
Complete other restaurant duties as assigned.

Skills
Experience in food preparation, food service, or restaurant settings is highly desirable
Proficiency with POS systems such as Micros POS and cash handling skills
Solid customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in fast-paced settings
Valuable understanding of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and basic math for transactions
Kitchen experience or familiarity with food industry standards is a plus
Skills in upselling menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales

Pay: From $16.75 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
