Job Title: Warehouse / Shipping & Receiving

Location: Lloydminster, AB

Schedule: Full time

Our client is seeking a Warehouse / Shipping & Receiving professional to support warehouse operations, inventory management, shipping, receiving, and material handling activities while maintaining a safe and organized work setting.

What's the Job?
Inspect and accept incoming shipments against supplier packing lists.
Ensure all received items are in satisfactory condition.
Complete material fulfillment requests as required.
Perform receiving, labeling, storing, picking, packing, issuing, disposal, and cycle counting of inventory items.
Verify supplier deliveries against packing lists and purchase orders and report discrepancies promptly.
Ensure outgoing inventory is properly packed with accurate and complete documentation.
Improve efficiency and safety by optimizing warehouse bin locations.
Maintain a high standard of housekeeping within warehouse and shipping/receiving areas.
Perform inventory cycle counts and assist with physical inventory counts.
Support kitting and Kanban point-of-use replenishment activities.
Investigate and resolve inventory and warehouse-related issues as directed by the Supervisor.
Follow all company policies, procedures,



and QHSE standards.
Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment after completing required training and certification.
Perform other duties as assigned.

What's Needed?
Previous shipping and receiving experience.
Robust attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a warehouse environment.
Commitment to workplace safety and following established procedures.
Experience handling inventory transactions and documentation.
Forklift experience is considered an asset.
Successful completion of a criminal record check.
Successful completion of drug testing and fit-for-work testing.
