Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Finishing Carpenter to join our agile construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing precise finishing work that enhances the aesthetic and functional quality of residential, commercial, or industrial projects. Your expertise in woodworking, cabinetry, and surface finishing will ensure that every detail meets high standards of craftsmanship. Duties
Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to execute accurate finishing tasks
Install trim, moldings, and other woodwork with accuracy and precision
Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently for cutting, shaping, and assembling materials
Install all door and bathroom hardware
Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and quality standards throughout each phase of the project




Proven experience in carpentry, woodworking, or finishing trades within construction environments
Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and other relevant equipment
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle physically demanding tasks regularly
Excellent attention to detail combined with strong problem-solving skills
Valid construction experience certification or relevant training preferred
