Job Title: Sales & Operations Associate (In-Office)

Location: Main office East York, other locations as needed
Schedule: Rotating shifts (including weekends)

Compensation & Perks
$20/hour base
10% commission on all units & trucks
15% commission on after-hours & civic holidays
Sales bonuses: $100–$2,000+ per pay
Average earnings: $24–28/hr (top performers $35+/hr)

About the Role

We’re looking for a Sales & Operations Associate to join our in-office team at My Storage. This is a versatile, hands-on role for someone who enjoys variety and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll be supporting the business across sales, customer service, and office admin — from answering sales calls and helping customers at the front desk, to assisting with reports, scheduling, and day-to-day office operations.

What You’ll Do
Handle inbound sales calls and follow up on leads
Assist customers in person with payments and move-ins




Support admin tasks (data entry, filing, reports, scheduling)
Help with office operations and site support
Assist with basic marketing and advertising tasks
Jump in where needed — this is a true floater role

2+ years in sales, admin, or customer service
Strong communication skills (phone + in-person)
Organized, reliable, and proactive
Comfortable multitasking in a busy office
