Sturgeon Tire is looking for a motivated Automotive Technician Apprentice to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in a busy, skilled repair shop while gaining hands-on experience working alongside experienced automotive technicians.

Responsibilities

· Assist with vehicle maintenance, diagnostics and repairs

· Perform oil changes, inspections and scheduled maintenance

· Complete tire installation, balancing, rotations and repairs

· Assist with brake, steering and suspension repairs

· Use shop equipment, tools and diagnostic equipment safely

· Follow repair procedures and technician recommendations

· Maintain accurate and quality workmanship

· Keep the work area clean, organized and safe

What We're Looking For

· Registered 310S Automotive Service Technician Apprentice preferred

· Previous automotive repair or shop experience is an asset

· Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn





· Dependable, punctual and able to work well with a team

· Valid driver's licence

· Positive attitude and commitment to developing your trade

· Robust attention to detail and pride in quality work
