Our branch located in Sudbury is looking for a parts advisor.

Salary :26$ à 30$/hour

Responsibilities
Welcome clients, identify and respond to their needs;
Offer information regarding warranties, prices, part quality, delivery times and payment methods;
Submit quotes, follow up with clients and close sales;
Complete internal supporting documents for all transactions (credits, invoices, work orders, etc.);
Contact existing and recent customers to communicate information on promotions;
Support the service department (supply of parts for technicians);




Coordinate repairs with the service manager to meet deadlines;
Ensure optimal merchandising of products;
Participate in inventory management;
Take care of the delivery and shipping of products and ensure their effective organization;
Efficiently maintain workspaces;
Comply with health and safety rules and regulations.

Profile
High school diploma or training in mechanics combined with 2 or 3 years of experience;
Knowledge of mechanical parts/heavy equipment;
Excellent communication, customer service and sales skills.
