Bre-Ex Construction Inc. - a premier heavy civil contractor in Southwestern Ontario is currently looking for a 310T Licensed Technician to join the team.

The ideal candidate will have the desire, work ethic and experience to perform - repairs on commercial vehicles and heavy equipment. Responsibilities include but not limited to fixing diesel engines, air brakes, transmissions, and electrical systems, safeties and repair documentation.

Typical duties include:
Perform maintenance-related work on vehicles, equipment, tools, safety devices, property/building etc.
Shop organization and inventory- Inventory supplies, parts, material, tools, equipment.
Perform service calls, maintenance work, repairs in the shop and on job sites.
Follow protected work procedures, complete repair checklists, provide info for parts ordering etc., pick up items, deliver items.
Comfortable operating lifting devices like overhead cranes, loader/fork attachments
Conduct regular maintenance on machinery, systems, and vehicles/equipment.
Meet with internal customers to better understand their concerns and identify issues
Assemble mechanical components according to specifications.




Examine machines and oversee diagnostic tests to determine functionality problems.
Maintain work logs, repairs, and maintenance records.
Offer consultation on maintenance and preventative procedures to machine and vehicle users.
Meet physical demands including to stoop, crawl, work laying down, and lift heavy items.

Requirements:
Valid G (minimum) Drivers' License
Clean abstract
Ability to work flexible schedule
Experience with Commercial Vehicles
Experience with Heavy Equipment
