The Career Foundation is currently seeking a Confirmations/Customer Service on behalf of one of our employer partners.

Key Responsibilities:
To confirm all the orders that are being delivered, address, name, phone number, and appliances
Make sure that the order is paid in full
Recent customer make sure that they have their key
Let the customer know to inspect the appliances
Make sure that the invoice is paid in full
All appliances are in stock, working with Purchasing Department

Schedule & Availability:

Full Time Shift: 9.00 am to 5.00 pm

Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year experience in customer service is required
Comfortable handling payments and basic data entry
Robust attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions
Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced workplace
Friendly, reliable, and professional
