Duties
Perform comprehensive inspections, diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on various powersports vehicles using both hand tools and power tools.
Troubleshoot mechanical issues accurately and efficiently to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
Use specialized tools to disassemble, repair, and reassemble engines, transmissions, suspensions, brakes, and electrical systems.
Maintain detailed service records and communicate repair progress clearly to team members and customers.
Follow safety protocols meticulously to ensure a secure working workplace for yourself and others.
Assist in ordering parts and supplies needed for repairs to ensure timely service completion.
Keep work areas clean, organized,



and stocked with necessary tools to maximize efficiency.

Experience
Proven mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience working on powersports equipment or similar vehicles.
Familiarity with using hand tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, and socket sets.
Experience operating power tools safely and effectively during repairs and maintenance tasks.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose issues quickly and accurately.
Excellent attention to detail to ensure high-quality workmanship on every vehicle serviced.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Prior experience in a dealership or repair shop setting is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is essential.
