Duties
Greet guests warmly and provide transparent information about lottery products and services
Handle cash transactions accurately, including ticket sales and payouts
Monitor the kiosk to ensure compliance with gaming regulations and safety standards
Maintain organized records of sales, transactions, and guest interactions
Address guest inquiries promptly, providing excellent customer service and support




Ensure the kiosk remains clean, organized, and inviting at all times

Experience
Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
Basic math skills for handling cash accurately and balancing registers
Experience with cash handling procedures and point-of-sale systems is advantageous
Knowledge of guest services principles to create positive guest interactions
Ability to follow safety protocols and gaming regulations diligently
