Responsibilities
Greet customers with a warm, energetic attitude and assist them in selecting their favorite ice cream flavors and toppings
Operate POS systems, including Toast POS, accurately processing cash, credit, and digital payments
Prepare and serve ice cream cones, sundaes, soft serve, and other treats following food safety and sanitation standards
Maintain cleanliness of the serving area, utensils, and equipment to ensure food safety and sanitation compliance




Upsell additional toppings or products to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
Manage cash handling responsibilities with accuracy and integrity during each shift
Follow all food handling procedures and safety guidelines to ensure high-quality service and product integrity

Experience
Previous food service or cashiering experience preferred, especially within the food industry or restaurant environment
Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast POS or similar platforms is highly desirable
Solid time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently while maintaining quality service
Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques
Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy
Experience in serving customers with enthusiasm and professionalism in fast-paced settings
Ability to work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent guest experiences

Pay: $17.60 per hour
