Shift: Rotational Continental ( 2 weeks day & 2 weeks night )

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Forklift Operator to join our dynamic warehouse team. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse distribution and materials handling, with a strong focus on efficiency and safety. As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for operating various types of heavy equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, to facilitate the movement of goods within the warehouse. Your expertise will contribute to maintaining an organized and productive shipping and receiving process.

Responsibilities
Operate forklifts, clamp trucks, and order pickers to load and unload materials safely.
Perform order picking tasks using RF scanners to ensure accurate inventory management.
Assist in shipping and receiving operations by verifying incoming and outgoing shipments.
Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to OSHA safety standards.
Conduct routine inspections of equipment to ensure proper mechanical function.
Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize workflow and efficiency.
Perform heavy lifting as required,



ensuring protected handling of materials at all times.
Participate in training sessions for recent equipment or processes as needed.

Qualifications
Proven experience in warehouse operations, including shipping & receiving functions.
Familiarity with warehouse management systems is preferred.
Strong mechanical knowledge related to heavy equipment operation.
Previous experience as a warehouse supervisor is a plus.
Ability to operate various types of equipment such as cranes, forklifts, and pallet jacks.
Knowledge of safety regulations (OSHA) related to warehouse operations.
Ability to lift heavy loads (up to 50 lbs) consistently throughout the shift.
Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.15-$23.45 per hour
