Job Overview

We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused person to join our team. The ideal candidate is comfortable speaking with customers, providing helpful service, handling payments, and making sure the store always looks clean, organized, and welcoming.

Fluency in Arabic, French, and English is highly preferred. Female candidates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities
Welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Assist customers with questions and basic inquiries.
Handle cash, card, and POS transactions accurately.
Provide excellent customer service in person and by phone.
Keep the store clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Make sure products and displays are neat and properly arranged.
Replenish stock when needed.
Assist with basic inventory organization.
Help resolve simple customer concerns.
Create a welcoming and positive setting for customers.
Support daily store operations as needed.





Qualifications
Arabic, French, and English proficiency is strongly preferred.

Friendly, confident, and comfortable speaking with customers.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous cashier, retail, or customer-service experience is an asset.
Comfortable handling cash and using a POS system.
Organized, responsible, and attentive to detail.
Able to maintain a clean and qualified store workplace.
Reliable and able to work well in a fast-paced setting.
