Job Description: We are currently seeking a reliable and friendly front counter receptionist to join our team at Dolphin Dry Cleaners. As a front counter receptionist, you will be responsible for serving customers, bagging and tagging clothes, pressing shirts, and handling wash and fold services for linen and undergarments.

Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
Bag and tag clothing items accurately
Press/iron shirts to a high standard
Manage wash and fold services with care and efficiency
Maintain cleanliness and organization of front counter and store
Provide excellent customer service and handle customer complaints in a professional manner

Hours: The working hours for this position are

Monday - Friday 9AM- 6PM

Saturday from 9am-5pm.

Sunday Off

Guaranteed Hours.

More hours can be given if needed.

Requirements:
Must live in the area of SE calgary, please do not apply if you do not.
Must be friendly,



reliable and possess excellent customer service skills.
Previous experience in dry cleaning is a plus, but not required.
Must be able to work in a rapid-paced workplace and handle multiple tasks at once.
Must be able to work well within a team and independently.
