Job Summary

We're hiring for our Coteau Creek (Saskpower) project near Elbow, SK. This single posting covers multiple roles: Carpenters, General Labourers, Heavy Equipment Operators, and Concrete crews. You don't need to do everything on this list - we're looking for skilled people who excel in their own trade and want steady, well-paid rotation work.

What We Offer:

Pay: $20-$35/hour (based on trade, experience, and certifications)

Travel Pay: $160/day while on rotation

Rotation: 5 days on/ 2 days off

Shift Length: 12-hour shifts

Requirements:
Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence.
Reliable vehicle to commute to/from Coteau Creek.
Ability to work 12-hour shifts on a 5-and-2 rotation.
Physically able to perform construction work in an outdoor setting.
Proven construction experience with a solid understanding of building processes.




Robust understanding of safety procedures on construction sites; ability to follow all safety protocols diligently.
Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate clearly with colleagues on complex technical tasks such as concrete finishing or caulking.

Conditions of Employment:

All candidates must be eligible to work in Canada when an offer of employment is issued. Candidates are responsible for securing any necessary work permits, visas, or other legal authorizations required for the role.

Pay: $20.00-$35.00 per hour
