Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM $25/hour

I am a 61-year-old woman living with MS who uses a power wheelchair and am looking for a reliable, compassionate caregiver with PSW or similar experience to assist me in my home for 3 hours per day, Monday through Friday

The role includes assistance with personal care, transfers, meal preparation, and support with a daily exercise routine.

I transfer using a ceiling lift, so experience with lifts is an asset, although training can be provided.

A key part of this position is helping me stay active. The successful candidate will be comfortable providing hands-on assistance with stretching, range of motion exercises, and strength training. Exercises take place both on a bed and in a standing frame, so confidence working with physical activity and proper body mechanics is significant.

Responsibilities




Transfers using a ceiling lift
Showering, dressing, and toileting assistance
Daily stretching and range of motion exercises
Assistance with strength training and exercise
Meal preparation and basic kitchen clean-up

Qualifications
PSW, CCA, Rehabilitation Assistant, or equivalent caregiving experience
Comfortable providing personal care
Physically capable of assisting with exercise and range of motion activities
Confident in the kitchen and able to prepare meals
Dependable, punctual, and compassionate
