Duties
Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards
Ensure all food handling practices meet safety and sanitation regulations
Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, portioning, and garnishing
Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and kitchen equipment throughout shifts
Support the team in meal assembly and timely service during busy hours
Follow proper serving procedures to deliver high-quality dishes to guests




Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and uphold food quality

Experience
Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key
Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods
Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
Experience in meal preparation within a rapid-paced setting is a plus
Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and work efficiently under pressure
Solid teamwork skills with excellent communication abilities in a busy kitchen setting
